O Moinho Cine Fest é um festival internacional de cinema criado e dirigido por André Almeida Rodrigues. O festival é organizado pela ANARTEM – Associação Cultural e promovido pela a União das Freguesias de Custóias, Leça do Balio e Guifões.
Os objetivos do Moinho Cine Festival são celebrar e estimular o cinema português e internacional contemporâneo com prémios monetários e taxas de exibição e entreter, enriquecer e educar o público na forma como vê o mundo e o cinema através de um programa diversificado e oriundo de todo mundo.
A 6ª edição do Moinho Cine Fest decorrerá a 5, 6, 13 e 20 de abril de 2024 em Custóias, Leça do Balio e Guifões, Matosinhos, Portugal.

Moinho Cine Fest is an international film festival created and directed by André Almeida Rodrigues. The festival is organized by ANARTEM, a Cultural Association and promoted by União das Freguesias de Custóias, Leça do Balio e Guifões, a Civil Parish. The objectives of the Moinho Cine Festival are to celebrate and stimulate contemporary Portuguese and international cinema with monetary prizes and screening fees and to entertain, enrich and educate the public in the way they see the world and cinema through a diverse program coming from all over world.
