O Moinho Cine Fest é um festival internacional de cinema, realizado anualmente desde 2019, dirigido pelo cineasta André Almeida Rodrigues e detentor do selo EFFE Label 2026–2027. O festival dedica‑se à promoção da criação cinematográfica contemporânea, nacional e internacional.

The Moinho Cine Fest is an international film festival held annually since 2019, directed by filmmaker André Almeida Rodrigues and holder of the EFFE Label 2026–2027. The festival is dedicated to promoting contemporary cinematic creation, both national and international.
